I saw this happen one day, but not at the track. I was coming up to a traffic light and it turned. The truck in front of me stopped, but went over the line quite a bit. I left him plenty of room, so he backed up a bit so the on-coming traffic could pass thru the intersection. I noticed his reverse lights never went out and sure enough when the light tuned green here comes this guy backing straight toward me. Thank the Good Lord he stopped in time. People do the most stupid things sometime.
